English) and your required deadline
- we send you a quotation for
the price per hour (or per project)
- you agree on the number of

- we assign the research to a
suitable researcher (with the relevant language/country/business
area skills)
- we provide the report detailing
all the information found, the keywords used (including
the foreign language keywords), the urls searched,
and translations (usually into English) of any findings
- you read the report and let
us know if you require further research (how many
hours) on the same project
